Welcome to the Office of the City Clerk

The City Clerk is the local official who administers democratic processes such as access to city records, and all legislative actions ensuring transparency to the public. The City Clerk acts as a compliance officer for federal, state, and local statutes including the Open Meetings Act and the Public Records Act. The City Clerk also manages public inquiries, Lodgers' Tax Compliance, Grants Memorial Park Cemetery, and Cannabis, Liquor, and Business Permits.

The City of Grants is looking for dedicated individuals 18yrs.+ to join us in our mission to make a positive impact in our community. A complete listing of the City's Advisory Boards can be found here Boards & Committees

If you would like to apply for a seat on an Advisory board fill out the following form 2024-CITY-OF-GRANTS-APPT-LETTER.docx(DOCX, 280KB) and submit it to the Clerks office.
